Hi, I’m Gene! A Marine Corps veteran with 10 years of service and a lifetime of growing up in a military family. So, you could say I’ve had a front-row seat to transitions, change, and the occasional chaos that comes with both. That experience gave me a deep respect for resilience, adaptability, and the value of having a safe space to land when life gets messy.
I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, maybe some pop culture references, and focused on what matters most to you. I believe healing happens best when we can show up as our full, unfiltered selves. Awkward moments and all. Whether you're managing stress, navigating a big life shift, general adulting, or trying to improve your relationships, I’m here to support you in taking real, meaningful steps toward a life that feels more like your own.
